• Experience: 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and data infrastructure development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and ETL processes (e.g. CRM, ERP). Experience with data warehousing and data governance.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior team members, manage cross-functional projects, and drive BI strategy.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and to bring your point across even at senior leadership level.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
