We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Manager to join our Professional Services business in UK!
As a Senior Business Manager at Adobe you will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Professional Services EMEA business. The individual will d evelop, implement, and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and c oordinate internal workstreams to align business activities with strategic goals . The S enior Business Manager will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure key deliverables are met.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement effective processes and operating procedures to ensure operational business g oa ls are met
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various collaborators about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Implement industry-recognized methods, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Align with other Business Managers in the ecosystem to demonstrate other/existing initiatives
Key areas under the responsibility of the senior Business Manager
Big deals (PS deals) cross business co-ordination
Regular weekly Leadership reporting, roll up and Steering Committee preparation
Leadership Team Decision Support and Meeting Rhythm and Agenda management
Core accounts planning and performance monitoring
Executive reach out /sponsor programme /Executive connects
Manager Community Meeting and Communication rhythm
Key leadership Team ’Get Well Projects’
AES Action Plan with the Leadership Team
What You Need to Succeed
Demonstrate d experience in a similar role with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a large matrixed organisation
Demonstrated drive to see projects through to completion on time with outstanding quality , pro-actively raises issues that could comprise these outcomes
Outstanding Project and Program Management skills including s trong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong communication skills, along with facilitation, prioritization and scope management
Demonstrated ability to identify and align key collaborators
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate without clear direction
