Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to COO, ASIA
  • Responsible for supporting all departments with BAU activities and/or project-related work so that the goals of both Asia branches are achieved
  • Active involvement in change management including launching new products, system and process enhancements, and regulatory changes
  • Assisting COO, ASIA in execution of change-the-bank and run-the-bank responsibilities (e.g. BRORC approval, payments management approvals, etc.)
  • Assist COO, ASIA to keep track of outstanding issues
  • Provide support to the wider COO team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in financial services
  • Team player, able to adapt to a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work on PowerPoint presentations for management and team meetings
  • Good language skills (spoken and written) in English
  • Excellent organizational, client-focus and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills with integrity and discretion
  • Proven excellent administrative and execution track records
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-initiative and ability to work independently
  • Can work under tight timeline and deal with stress
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
