Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to COO, ASIA
- Responsible for supporting all departments with BAU activities and/or project-related work so that the goals of both Asia branches are achieved
- Active involvement in change management including launching new products, system and process enhancements, and regulatory changes
- Assisting COO, ASIA in execution of change-the-bank and run-the-bank responsibilities (e.g. BRORC approval, payments management approvals, etc.)
- Assist COO, ASIA to keep track of outstanding issues
- Provide support to the wider COO team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in financial services
- Team player, able to adapt to a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work on PowerPoint presentations for management and team meetings
- Good language skills (spoken and written) in English
- Excellent organizational, client-focus and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with integrity and discretion
- Proven excellent administrative and execution track records
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently
- Can work under tight timeline and deal with stress
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
