We are looking for a dynamic and confident Senior Business Manager to support our Commercial Operations Director. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of key leadership and decision-making processes, gaining deep insights into both strategic and operational aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Leadership Team to develop a 3-year strategy, including KPIs, governance, and communication.
  • Lead the creation of content for key meetings, including PowerPoint presentations, briefing notes, and action management for various high-profile events.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key cross-functional programs within Commercial Operations, such as consumer risk, audits, and employee recognition.
  • Drive the Commercial Operations engagement strategy, including bi-monthly all-hands meetings, strategy events, and quarterly performance updates.
