ROLE SUMMARY

As Senior Business Operations Analyst on our team, you’ll be focused on ensuring that business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with tvScientific’s strategic goals.
Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and analysis tools, especially in SQL, you’ll generate insights and operational improvements crucial for driving revenue and KPIs, reinforcing our dedication to superior service and competitive edge in the adtech landscape.
Day to day, you’ll also play a proactive role in developing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows and optimize business performance over time.
This individual contributor role reports directly to the Head of Business Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that drive business decisions.
• Utilize data visualization suites (e.g. Looker), SQL, Python, or similar languages to analyze large datasets.
• Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance business performance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations with company goals.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing detailed analyses and recommendations based on business data.
• Maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Monitor, operate and design data pipelines for advertising data collection and analysis.

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE

• 8+ years of experience in a technical role, emphasizing operational execution and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent data analytical tools.
• Deep understanding of analytics methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
