C/side is laser focussed on solving web security, starting with browser side injections. Covering previously unmonitored attack surfaces in developer and user friendly ways.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled, Swiss army knife business operations manager. You’ll work directly with the CEO (Simon) on all things business operations.

What you will do:

  • Build and own recurring operational processes such as payroll, accounting and legal (with support from a 3rd party firm), monthly financial reporting, HR, customer contracts, employee onboarding, and other business needs as they arise
  • Optimise the organization for growth. Build out flexible processes that allows the company to scale, hire staff and acquire customers quickly and efficiently while remaining in compliance.
  • Manage spending and monitor cash burn by tracking our operating costs and lead contract negotiations.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects such as new compliance certifications (i.e. SOC II), patent filing processes and trademark filing.
  • Manage monthly reporting for our monthly board meeting and investor updates.
  • Partner cross-functionally within the company to drive projects to a successful outcome.

About you:

  • You have a deep passion for building a well-oiled business.
  • You’re a strong analytical thinker, possess an ownership mentality about the business and proactively try to understand in-depth how our product innovates and how to best shape the company around its vision.
  • You are a self-motivator and are eager to work in a dynamic startup environment, working hard to build world changing technology, going from 0 to 1.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, management consulting, corporate planning, business finance, analytics, or related fields
