We’re looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager/Lead to drive Dexory’s operational excellence and strategic alignment. Your role will support rapid growth by ensuring smooth operations, developing strategies, and delivering on key objectives that impact our company’s success. This position blends strategy with execution and requires a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven experience in setting up dashboards and KPIs to track performance and operational metrics. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform and drive business decisions, optimise processes, and improve outcomes.
- Operational Leadership: Experience leading significant operational or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven OKR & KPI Management: Demonstrable experience managing OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Strong Strategic Mindset: Ability to support strategy development and ensure effective cascading and execution across teams.
- Exceptional Communication & Leadership: Proven ability to lead company-wide communication, such as all-hands meetings, and to work closely with senior leadership.
- Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly scaling environment with constant change, driving operational speed and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functionality: Ability to work across multiple teams and departments to align operational initiatives with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Projects: Own major operational initiatives, such as designing and implementing new operational projects [or] frameworks or systems, ensuring smooth execution before handing over to relevant teams. Be the key driver in ensuring these initiatives are successfully implemented and deliver impactful results.
- OKR & KPI Leadership: Own the cadence for OKR planning and retrospectives. Hold first-line accountability for driving performance across the organisation’s OKRs and KPIs, ensuring teams meet their targets.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Collaborate with the Executive team to drive the development of strategic initiatives and business cases. Support the process of cascading key outputs across all team levels, ensuring alignment and execution across departments.
- Operational Data Management & Analysis: Work with leaders across the organisation to design and implement operational data frameworks. Define and prioritise critical data points, establish effective measurement systems, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Leverage this data to drive insightful business decisions and optimise processes.
- Company-Wide Meeting & Cadence Management: Oversee the planning and scheduling of company-wide meetings, such as All-Hands, ensuring the effective setup and cadence of these sessions. Manage the logistical aspects to ensure meetings are well-organised and align with business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business (e.g., product, sales, HR) to ensure operational alignment and execution on high-impact initiatives.
