We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex contract negotiations and operational enhancements that align with our organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance and compliance across all business processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field with a robust financial background
  • Proficiency in English and advanced expertise in Excel, including experience with formulas, macros, and Power Query
  • Understanding of corporate financials and prior experience managing P&L for a company or department
  • Dedication to ongoing self-development with a focus on economic and technology intersections
  • Background in contract management and familiarity with compliance standards
  • Capability to manage projects effectively including process optimization and issue resolution techniques
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to engage effectively with top management and multi-departmental teams

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire life cycle of contracts, including development, review, negotiation, and renewal, while also maintaining contract management processes and documentation systems
  • Oversee the performance and compliance of contracts, achieving milestone accomplishments and identifying as well as mitigating potential risks
  • Develop key performance indicators and conduct data analysis to guide strategic decision-making and process optimization
  • Advise on financial planning related to contracts, monitor expenses, and explore opportunities for cost savings and quality assurance
  • Streamline onboarding processes, coordinate training initiatives across departments, and create comprehensive documentation and training materials
  • Drive automation in contract management and onboarding processes, collaborate on solution design, and continually evaluate process efficiencies
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations within business processes, assist in audits, and adapt practices to legal requirements
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enable seamless operations
