The Sales Strategy and Operations Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting our Banking & Capital Markets business unit by partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic priorities, develop long-term go-to-market strategies, and implement effective operational processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to their business leader, this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Confident working in a greenfield environment with rapidly shifting leadership priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and results.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations within a sales or go-to-market function.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or collaborating across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance). Ideally, the candidate has experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Solid experience optimizing sales or operational processes, including automating workflows and improving go-to-market execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace).
  • Expertise in performance tracking and forecasting, especially in sales environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • You’ve worked in the banking and capital markets industry and understand key industry concepts
  • Passion and interest in Blockchain, DeFi & Web3
