Description:
Identify and document system and process requirements and provide end to end support for student services and administration systems.

About the role
You will identify and document system and process requirements and provide end to end support for student services and administration systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements, including system configuration for government reporting, eCAF and CANs, USIs and safe maintenance of student data.
You will:
- provide end to end technical support of major business events;
- provide high-level advice, direction and technical support to users of student services and administration systems;
- investigate any day-to-day data related issues that may arise and facilitate prompt resolution as required;
- provide innovative and expert advice in relation to CRM best practice and continuous improvement to the Learner Experience portfolio; and
- manage the maintenance and updating of CRM feature updates and improvements.
About you
Reporting to the Coordinator, Business Support you will have demonstrated technical and administrative experience, in a tertiary institution or large organisation including supporting complex corporate computing systems.
You will possess:
- high level information technology and computing skills, including the ability to evaluate, test and implement new technologies in a computing environment;
- experience interpreting policies and procedures ensuring compliance;
- problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, analyse, interpret and evaluate information; and
- Ability to work effectively to achieve objectives efficiently within set deadlines.
