QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong business and analytical skills with experience in the investment/securities industry.
• Proficiency in PC/distributed applications, including .NET, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, MS Access/Excel, and Internet technologies.
• Knowledge of complex fixed income instruments and, preferably, derivative instruments.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading and managing successful large-scale project implementations.

• Analyze business and user needs, and document requirements to develop or modify information systems.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Revise existing system logic and troubleshoot difficulties as necessary to improve system functionality.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced Business Systems Analysts in understanding business needs and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impact of technology solutions on business processes.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage multiple tasks to ensure successful large-scale project implementations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and development.
