QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a versatile Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to support improvements in software products
• 5+ years of experience liaising with internal departments to define business and technical requirements for integration between IT systems
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and mapping business processes (current state/future state)
• 3+ years of experience in data/business/technical analysis preferred
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills preferred
• Proficient in Excel, with experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Ability to summarize, explain, and simplify complex data analyses
• Bachelors degree preferred

• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems, considering business and user needs.
• Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
• Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Competent in working on some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of technology applications in the current business environment.
• Display working knowledge of PC/distributed applications, including technologies such as .NET, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, MS Access/Excel, and Internet technologies.
• Demonstrates strong business perspective with knowledge of characteristics and analytics associated with complex fixed income instruments.
• Displays knowledge of the processing and modeling associated with derivative instruments is a plus.
• Displays project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrates strong business and analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
