We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the KeyData team! This role would require you to support clients throughout the assessment and implementation of IAM technologies or support consulting and advisory projects. You will be responsible for information collection, analysis, and supporting development teams or consultants with solutions to meet the organization’s business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify gaps in existing processes, and recommend improvements to enhance security and streamline access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, ideally within IAM.
  • 5 years of experience with Access Management solutions (such as Okta, MS Entra AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
  • Proven track record in implementing and migrating enterprise Access Management solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements and translating them into user stories.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize effectively; maintain attention to detail; and meet deadlines.
  • Quick comprehension and analysis of complex issues, with the ability to diagnose multi-faceted problems and develop appropriate strategies to address them.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to create clear, compelling written materials and deliver persuasive oral presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of system development methodology and a commitment to the success of testing phases and processes.
  • Must have Secret level clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise in cloud-based access controls, including Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
  • In-depth understanding of Zero-Trust principles and practical experience with their implementation.
  • Skilled in business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to leverage automation for streamlining repetitive tasks and managing large datasets.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information and consulting with stakeholders to define business requirements for new or enhanced IT applications and processes.
  • Analyzing business processes and documenting current and future state business and system processes.
  • Actively engaging with stakeholders for business analysis activities.
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations with technical and non-technical resources to document solution requirements.
  • Preparing detailed specification documents for evaluating, selecting, and testing solutions.
  • Developing user acceptance test plans and participating in functional, acceptance, and end-user training.
  • Assisting in estimating project size, scope, and resource requirements.
  • Supporting and collaborating during solution evaluations and deployments.
  • Developing and delivering communications to the clients and stakeholders.
  • Creating end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials.
  • Performing additional activities and deliverables as required.
