LSEG is looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for writing and managing business and system requirements across BAU, demand management and project/programs with a main focus on CLM capabilities.
Our analysts are domain experts supporting the underlying technology capabilities that deliver key business outcomes that align to LSEG’s growth and objectives. The Senior Business Systems Analyst ensures new features are developed in line with business objectives and are ready for operational use. We advocate to business and technology to adopt and embrace simplified, standard, and scalable solutions!
You will drive all aspects of the demand to ensure successful delivery into production. We work with various business partners across differing functional areas from understanding business requirements to the deployment of scalable solutions. A good level of technical understanding is required to manage changes and releases into production delivering to consistent technical standards.
As a member of the team, building and maintaining a relationship with business users and delivery teams is essential to drive success! We ensure the appropriate solution meets the business goals. Engagement with sponsors to influence them to make the appropriate decisions and modifications in response to any influences on the demand is required.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the process to increase value. The role also provides analysis support to projects/programs as well as maintains the capability driving process harmonization and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth awareness and understanding of various Quote to Cash technologies such as CLM, CRM and CPQ.
- Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role; can understand and detail end-user workflows, and produce accurate product requirements, mock-ups, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate analysis activities and alignment of customers’ requirement needs, facilitates requirements prioritisation and setting expectations, as well as support users with knowledge training around process.
- Support operational readiness activities to ensure a successful transition of solutions.
- Understand the Delivery framework and governance process to work within the defined guardrails for platform resiliency and stability.
- Focus on driving down technical debt and capabilities reuse across divisions.
Crucial Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, in previous role.
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following Technologies - Salesforce, Docusign CLM, Sirion, Icertis, Conga, or another Enterprise-level CLM platform.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM
- Great interpersonal skills and experience of working with Senior Stakeholders.
- Results focused with ability to work to objectives without constant supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, presenting technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly.
Nice to have:
- Background in Quote to Cash Transformation Programs
- Previous experience working in outsourced and offshore environments.
- Ability to influence across multiple functions.
- A continuous desire to learn and develop your current knowledge and skills.
