We’re a highly collaborative team that interlocks with corporate functions such as Finance and Product teams to deliver value with innovative technology solutions. Each day, thousands of people rely on Enlyte’s technology and services to help their customers during challenging life events. We’re looking for a remote Senior Business Systems Analyst that can help support our financial platforms that enable revenue capture and our clients reporting needs. You’ll serve as our Product Owner for our new platform Enlyte Cloud Billing.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $87,000 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business System Analyst
- Proven effectiveness in solving technical problems using SQL
- Experience with Azure ADO, JIRA or other product backlog management systems
- Experience managing a product backlog and championing agile methodologies
- Very strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar certified program
- First party, Third Party or Workers comp Claims Insurance background is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Smart Advisor or Decision Point is a plu
Responsibilities:
- Interlock with our business partners in Finance and Product to gather requirements for our data engineering and low code team
- Manage the product backlog using agile practices
- Ensure Enlyte Cloud Billing is successfully leveraged within the organization
- Manage tier 1 and tier 2 incidents associated to ECB / ESP in a timely manner
- Leverage SQL skills to solve data oriented problems
- Perform manual quality assurance testing and acceptance for software that is released by our engineers
- Other duties as assigned
