SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing and administering Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of administering Marketing systems including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Able to create operations processes and procedures that address current business needs.
  • Able to craft, revise and abide by project plans with divisions of responsibilities and set milestone deadlines.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile development best practices and change management.
  • Experience with integrations to Marketing (HubSpot), Quoting, eSignature (Docusign), and Billing (NetSuite) tools.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pacvue is looking for a Go To Market Systems (GTM) Analyst to join our team and help lead project teams in implementing and supporting complex enterprise applications. You will collaborate with vendor partners, analyze workflows for process improvements, administer GTM systems, and maintain third-party integrations. If you have a strong background in enterprise systems architecture, excellent project management skills, and a drive for optimization, we invite you to apply and contribute to our organization’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, implement and support complex enterprise applications, primarily Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Collaborate with vendor partner teams to deliver projects
  • Support integrations for GTM processes and systems
  • Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software or SaaS applications
  • Analyzes Marketing, Sales and Sales Ops workflows for process improvements to optimize velocity and accuracy
  • Administers company Go To Market systems, and liaisons with consultants, IT and systems vendors on the implementation and maintenance of those systems
  • Responsible for maintaining third party integrations to CRM
  • Creates processes, procedures, policies and tactics that apply industry best practices and align with current business practices; modifies as needed by request and direction from upper management
