Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Develop and maintain marketing systems, specifically Marketo, Segment, and Iterable, ensuring seamless operation and integration with other GTM platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations.
- Integration Expertise: Understand and manage data flows and integrations between various marketing systems to optimize performance and data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure enhancements and upgrades align with business requirements and priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive solutions are designed, developed, deployed, optimized in an efficient and continuously evolving manner to maximize value.
- Data Integrity: Enhance data integrity in Marketo and Salesforce through effective design, maintenance, and security protocols.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects involving Customer Success and related GTM systems, contributing technical expertise to achieve project goals.
- System Implementation: Own technical deliverables, including technical design and quality assurance, ensuring successful implementation of scalable solutions.
