We are looking for a senior buying admin assistant to join our team based in our London office. A passion for product and customer is a must and an eagerness to learn within a fast-paced environment.

- You’ll have branded experience. This is essential to the role so relationships within the contemporary/designer branded space, will be imperative.
- You’ll have a good understanding of the latest trends, with a keen interest in the latest fashion.
- You’re highly organised, self-motivated and have a flexible approach to managing high workload along with ad hoc tasks.
- You have strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Buyer to set up daily sales by creating reservations from stock lists to be loaded into the system in accordance with deadlines, ensuring pricing, margins and discounts are all correct and making updates where required.
- Liaising with brand partners to chase in stock confirmations, EAN codes, images and content, ensuring delivered within the critical path.
- Copywriting and IDing assets to be loaded into Magento.
- Develop a sound understanding about all aspects of planning each branded campaign i.e. selection, commerciality, financials, purchasing and forecasting, and managing your own portfolio of brands that contribute to departmental KPIs.
- You’ll work closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, Buying and Customer Service teams to ensure queries are answered accurately and to support the smooth flow of work.
- Reviewing the test site to ensure promotions and products have loaded accurately and fixing any errors spotted.
- Working with marketing to suggest brands/products to promote.
- General cross functional support to ensure smooth flow between buying, merchandising, production, design, marketing, and web teams.

- Online visual merchandising.
