Overview: The Senior Patient Experience Representative is the cornerstone of our practice, serving as the first point of contact for patients over the telephone. . This role is pivotal in creating a lasting, positive impression. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in patient services, demonstrate exceptional English language skills, and be located in Manila.

Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
- Listen to patients to understand their needs, address questions and complaints, and provide accurate, efficient responses.
- Perform data entry, insurance verification, and basic billing tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
- Utilize practice management software to create and update patient files.
- Communicate effectively through text, email, and phone.
- Manage appointments, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling.
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied patients, offering support and appropriate solutions.
- Meet team targets and call handling quotas.
- Memorize and use scripts to build rapport with patients and educate them about appointment types.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
- Upload and attach patient insurance information to patient charts for claim submissions.
