Job Description:

YOUR PURPOSE

You’ll work within a caign delivery team who are the data experts to support our business unit partners deliver highly targeted caigns.
Your purpose will be to foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to chion data-driven insights that drive exceptional caign performance.
You’ll own the delivery and continuous improvement of customer insight, reporting, and analysis, empowering Bupa UK’s Transformation & Marketing function and Business Units to execute strategies across all segments (B2B / B2C /B2G) products (insurance and provision), and direct response channels.

THE ROLE

You’ll play a pivotal role in improving direct response caign outcomes by leveraging Bupa UK’s database marketing system to drive enhanced marketing ROIs.
Through proactive leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, enabling them to excel in their roles and adopt a similar approach to chioning insight and delivering results.
You’ll establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external data suppliers, and direct marketing agencies to ensure collaborative success.
