WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING

• 5+ years’ experience in a CRM role
• Experience designing customer centric email programs, with the ability to develop strategies to drive business KPI’s
• Experience using enterprise marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Experience of HTML & CSS
• Experience of working in an agency environment is highly desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high performing and self-motivated Senior Campaign Specialist to manage our CRM and Microsite team. This role sits within our Digital Services department, who are responsible for delivering co-branded email journeys and microsite packages for some of the biggest Charities in the UK.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage a team of four to deliver co-branded email lifecycles and microsites for our Charity Partners. Support the team with builds, technical QA and general project management.
• Collaborate with JustGiving’s Account Management team to manage project pipeline, alongside the team’s overall allocation.
• Work with our Pre-Sales team to deliver timelines for builds and review Statements of Work to ensure projects can be delivered accurately, on time and to budget.
• Design and build complex email lifecycles that meet the key KPI’s of our Charity Partners.
• Continuously review and adapt our internal processes to ensure the team is working efficiently and accurately.
• Develop clear commercial recommendations and strategies to bring new features and packages to market.
