With over 50 nationalities represented, Arendt is committed to the well-being of its staff, serving the best interests of its clients, protecting the environment, and supporting education.Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:(Senior) Campus & HR Communications CoordinatorYour role:Develop, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive campus recruitment roadmap that aligns with Arendt ‘s business strategy and talent acquisition needs,Identify key business schools and universities to target based on the firm’s hiring objectives and diversity initiatives and build strong partnership with them,Build strong a partnership with targeted schools and universities and ensure monitoring of KPIs to ensure efficiency of our actions (for example event attendance, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes),Develop engaging presentations and materials that effectively communicate the firm’s values, culture, and career opportunitiesCreate and manage an annual plan for all campus recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and recruitment cycles,Plan, organize and attend campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, student visits, and networking events,Manage the budget for campus recruitment initiatives to ensure cost-effective use of ambassadors and other colleagues involved in those activities,Facilitate the Ambassadors community: employees selected to be part of campus recruitment related activitiesEnsure regular communicationBe part of the selection process each yearRegular training on Employee Advocacy, recruitment interviews…,Partner with internal stakeholders such as other team members from HR, hiring managers, and practice leaders to align campus recruitment efforts with the firm’s hiring needsDesign and implement marketing campaigns to promote campus recruitment events and opportunities through social media, email, and other communication channels, in collaboration with the Communication team,Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and areas for improvementMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in campus recruitmentProvide guidance and best practices for effective campus recruitment and candidate engagementTake ownership of job postings on various job boards monitoring and analyzing performance to refine posting strategies and improve candidate quality and application ratesTogether with the communication team:Create a comprehensive HR communication strategy that aligns with the campus’ goals and objectives.Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage potential candidates.Develop a content calendar and strategy for the firm’s social media channelsCollaborate with employees and leadership to gather insights and stories that showcase the firm’s work environment and achievementsCoordinate the trainees community, ensuring planning meets with the business’ needsCreate regular formal and informal moments to share with the trainees communityMonitor the feedback of the trainees when leaving the firm and share proposed actions accordinglyYour profile:You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, project management or communication with a strong interest for working with peopleYou have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills;You are organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment;You are fluent in English and French.
