Join Our Team as a Senior Care Assistant (CRC) at Cleeve Court, Twerton, Bath
Salary: £25,979 to £27,809 per annum, pro rata (£13.47 to £14.41 per hr) plus 5% welcome payment*
Hours: 34.5 per week - Part-time (rota system with early and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays) and Other Part-time hours will be considered)
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to older adults? Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated to join our team at Cleeve Court, a vibrant Community Resource Centre in Twerton, Bath.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Care Assistant (CRC) at Cleeve Court, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Working in a supervisory position, you will assist the Registered Manager in maintaining exceptional care standards and supporting the development of our dedicated care team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Manage shifts, supervise staff, and ensure rota cover over a 4-week period, including alternate weekends and bank holidays.
  • Care Quality: Maintain high levels of care and support, conduct audits, and contribute to staff development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and follow policies and procedures proactively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a fantastic team of carers to create a supportive and empowering environment for our residents.
