JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our residents in a care home setting. You will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of seniors, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while fostering a positive environment. Your leadership skills will be essential in supervising junior staff and collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of supervising teams effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining documentation and communication within the care home.
  • A genuine drive to provide exceptional care and support to seniors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with residents and their families effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
