Welcome Payment This post attracts a Welcome Payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated care team.
• Deliver outstanding care services.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy.
• Manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communicator with a caring approach.
• Thrives in a busy team environment.
• Experienced in senior care roles (a plus).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS SUBJECT TO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK.
