  • Remuneration: $130,901 to $148,369 pa (HEW8) (inclusive of $110,613 to $125,373 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading (full-time equivalent).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Career Educator to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
The Senior Career Educator will partner with a nominated Faculty, and will work collaboratively with the Senior Language and Learning Educator and Senior STEM Educator to develop and implement a faculty aligned student success strategy that addresses all aspects of student success. The position provides supervision, coaching and direction to a team of Educators and may provide supervision of casual Student Partners. In addition to the strategic leadership responsibilities, the Senior Career Educator will provide timely, targeted and inclusive front line career development and employability services and strategies. These services and strategies are designed to support the career readiness, professional identity development, connectedness and innovative and enterprising mindsets of all students, such that they become independent, self-determined learners.
