The Case Manager, Leaves & Accommodations will report to the Senior Manager, Leaves &Mental Well-being & Accommodations.

a day in the life

  • Be the primary contact for our employees as they proceed through the Accommodation process
  • Provide end-to-end Accommodation case management of more complex cases including partnering with People & Culture Business Partners/Advisors to review accommodation requests and provide recommendations
  • Be the point of contact for more complex accommodations and escalations for Canadian accommodations
  • Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a focus on customer service
  • Communicate the accommodation decision to employee, coordinate development of Accommodation Plan, and partner with appropriate stakeholder(s) for implementation
  • Possess the ability to discern when to escalate complex issues to the Senior Manager of Leaves Mental Wellbeing and Accommodations
  • Collaborate with STD/LTD vendor, People & Culture Business Partners/Advisors on gradual return to work plans
  • Maintain a case load of up to 65 cases.
  • Ensure consistent response times against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support Canadian and/or US Short-term disability and leave tickets
  • Support with tasks across the Health & Wellbeing team as required
  • Support with adhoc assignments as required

qualification

  • 10+ years of accommodation case management experience.
  • Understanding of Canadian Accommodations/duty to accommodate.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow preferred.
  • Discernment and decision-making.
  • Using discretion and maintaining employee privacy around sensitive information.
  • HR experience/education.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 to 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
