Responsibilities:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Category Buyer Facility Management to join our procurement team. The Category Buyer Facility Management will play a critical role in driving innovation, efficiency, and growth across the sub-Category Facility Management. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the development and implementation of global category strategies and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement Real Estate & Facilities, the role will be part of a team of 4 individuals responsible for Procurement Facility Management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support development and implement of global sourcing and supplier strategies for the category.
  • Drive global procurement initiatives in cross-functional teams with a focus on FM-services.
  • Support the management of key supplier relations.
  • Drive innovation, and improvements in procurement initiatives and bring them alive within the sourcing projects.
  • Generate value within the procurement process together with the Line of Business
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be a trusted business value enabler.
  • Seek continuous improvement of the procurement performance.
  • Support efficiency and optimization of procurement activities within the GPO Real Estate & Facilities team.
