As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will take on a leadership role within your section, contributing to menu development and inspiring junior chefs. You will play a key part in maintaining the high quality of food served at Sea Containers London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation.
  • Assist in the creation of seasonal menus, bringing your creativity and expertise to the table.
  • Lead and train junior chefs in your section, ensuring they develop their skills and maintain high standards.
  • Ensure that food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency and excellence.
  • Contribute to stock management, portion control, and minimising food wastage.
