Description:
WHO YOU ARE
- Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering University graduate or equivalent
- Efficient usage and knowledge of Radio Network planning tools
- Efficient usage and knowledge of GIS tools (e.g. ArcGIS)
- Radio propagation skills
- Technical knowledge of mobile telephony systems and standards (2G/3G/4G/5G-NR)

Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of this role are to provide and implement radio network coverage guidelines through the following activities:
Radio network planning
- Support local ND team providing radio network planning guidelines with particular focus to radio propagation coverage and radio planning tool, according to VTN-A Design Standard and tools recommendations.
Planning tool use and management:
- Use the radio planning tool Atoll and eventually maintain and manage the renewal of the geo-database according to local ND needs and inputs and the site DB integrity.
Radio coverage modeling
- Perform radio propagation models tuning and implementation and link budget definition.
Radio coverage analysis
- Perform coverage analysis, coverage reporting&statistics and studies to support LRP, Business Cases, coverage evolution strategy and network plans
