Description:

ABOUT US

Our 2.3 million members trust us to take care of almost $300 billion in retirement savings. And we help them take charge of their finances and face the future with confidence. Our inclusive culture means you’ll be valued and heard in a respectful workplace. We’ve created an environment where you can be yourself and do amazing work. It’s that simple.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Change Manager in our Enterprise Change Delivery team, you will develop and lead the Change Management strategy across a portfolio of strategically linked projects. With an ambitious change agenda, this role will be required to work very closely with senior delivery managers as well as relevant executive/business sponsors. This is to ensure our organisational approach to change is dynamic, efficient, all-inclusive and most importantly, sustainable.
As a senior member of the Change Community, your role will support the goals and objectives of the Transformation business area. You will drive best practice capability through day-to-day guidance and development of our Change Analysts as well as promoting a culture of ‘change leadership’ and ‘change championing’ across the organisation. You will be required to engage senior leadership, understand their business, identify the barriers to change and develop a detailed plan to address the needs of our customers to ensure strong transition and ownership.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity, and we are flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office at least once a week.
