Description:
OF THE JOB:
The Change Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the process of organizational change. This includes developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and activities to support the adoption of new initiatives, systems, and processes. The Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation and minimize resistance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement change management strategies, communications, training and engagement activities/plans to support organizational initiatives.
- Identify and assess the impact of change on individuals and the organization, and develop and support the team to execute strategies to mitigate resistance.
- Engage with key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives and communicate the impact and benefits of change.
- Communicate and gain support of key leaders to help them lead their teams through change.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Creation of measureable adoption dashboards to monitor project success and report back to key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in a sales and technology transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and to lead and manage change.
