We are looking for a visionary Senior Change Manager to join our team and drive impactful change. The team you will be part of
Our new Senior Change Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the people change effort associated with the execution of five strategic priorities (must-win battles) within our global operations division.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive transformational change, ensuring that the organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management processes align with the strategic objectives of the division.
You will be part of GN’s Global Operations and report to Head of Strategy & Management, Global Operations Mads Lomholt.

Your contribution is appreciated, and your assignments will include:

  • Strategic change leadership - Development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the division’s five must-win battles.
  • Stakeholder management and communication - Identify and engage key stakeholders across the global operations division to foster support for change initiatives.
  • Change management - Design and implement change management plans, including training, communication, and support activities to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Risk management and mitigation - Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Capability building - Develop and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and address complex issues.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field.
  • Several years of experience within a similar role or in a high-end consulting company
  • Fluent in English (speak/write).
