Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We’re seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and energetic Senior Change Manager to take on this critical and high-profile opportunity. Your passion for change management will shine as you guide teams through a large-scale, sustainable transformation. Drawing on your experience with Value Stream projects, you’ll lead change initiatives that drive the development and lasting implementation of New Ways of Working as we continue to develop a new bank - People First Bank
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Collaborating with senior leadership and cross functional teams to deliver large scale and complex change programs.
- Championing the adoption of new ways of working that align with agile principles and organisational goals to enhance business performance.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Contributing to the implementation of the change strategy and activities by advocating, assessing, and leading the delivery of the change management strategy
- Representing project and program level change at change and governance forums when required.
- Conducting comprehensive stakeholder analysis to inform detailed stakeholder management.
- Ensuring all artefacts created are compliant with all Delivery Practices and People First Bank-wide policies, risk management and standards.
- Designing and implementing change plans that encourage adoption, reduce resistance and are focussed on value delivery
