The Senior Chartered Geo-Environmental Engineer opportunity offers your own career advancement in conjunction with developing the wider team to fulfil their career aspirations. You will be working for an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy with experience of working on projects worth up to £80m with clients including –BAE, Galliford Try, Keir, Jaguar Land Rover, Liverpool CC, Olham, York CC, Manchester CC, Minster Care Group, BMW and InCommunities.

• Assist with developing the Geo-Environmental discipline within Ridge and be part of the Geo-Environmental discipline group
• Lead the geotechnical development of the group
• Assisting the team lead and office Partner in running the geo-environmental team
• Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities
• Look to grow the group on the back of new and repeat clients
• Be responsible for resourcing and aid in delivering to a financial target
• Raise awareness of Ridge by attendance at networking events, seminars and business development events.
