Description:

WHO WE ARE | KO WAI MĀTOU

Hiku
The name comes from the Māori word for ‘whale tail’ and is inspired by Kaikōura’s most iconic attraction. It is also influenced by the strong historic and modern culture and heritage of the area. We celebrate this and show off what Kaikōura is all about - kai moana, fresh produce, marine life, and dramatic sea and mountain scapes.
Sudima Kaikōura is a new 4.5-star hotel on the esplanade of Kaikōura’s waterfront, conveniently located at the end of the town centre. The hotel has spectacular 360 views of the mountain range, waterfront and peninsula with a high quality fit-out, 120 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, bar, conference facilities and infinity pool.
