Description:
We have an opening for a fantastic Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy.
The qualities we’re seeking are:
- Organisation - daily prep lists, time management, kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity - contribution to the regularly changing menu and regular specials and events.
- Teamwork - working well with the BOH team and undertaking instructions on different sections as needed

These are some of the benefits available:
- Annual salary between £28,500 - £29,70 per year depending on skill level as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc, salaried topped up.
- Discretionary 10% bonus worth up to £2,970 per annum.
