Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Hydraulic Modeller to help deliver our growing business in Canada.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and clear communication skills within collaborative project teams. Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of small modelling studies.
  • Construct, Verify and Calibrate Integrated Catchment models for assessing the interaction between sewers (storm and sanitary), watercourses and overland flows.
  • Deliver feasibility studies, model use studies, optioneering, and development assessments for sanitary and Storm water networks.
  • Responsible for the quality of outputs and compliance with standards & specifications
  • Leading and undertaking key technical tasks across a broad range of high profile water and wstewater infrastructure projects
  • Assists in proposal preparation and interviews and may be included in contract negotiations with clients after selection
  • Manage and mentor junior staff
  • Develops relationships with existing clients and has responsibility for client maintenance at staff level on existing projects
  • Active in professional associations, including attendance and participation in local, regional, and national conventions
  • Travel required when requested
