Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of land development projects from concept through to completion—whether it’s hands-on design or guiding a skilled team of engineers.
- Manage land development, specifically earthworks as well as 3-waters projects ensuring compliance with New Zealand standards.
- Play a lead role in project delivery, working with councils, developers, and contractors to bring complex designs to life.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships—your ability to connect with stakeholders will be crucial in shaping both our projects and our business.
- Drive the future of our land development discipline, contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
