Senior Claims Counsel

YOU COME EQUIPPED WITH
- Experience in law or legal studies is an advantage, it is not mandatory
- General Insurance / a minimum of 5 years Reinsurance industry experience including contract wordings
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Expertise in identifying potential liabilities and recommending risk management strategies
- Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation
- Deep understanding of insurance law, regulations and claims processes
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
