YOU COME EQUIPPED WITH

• Experience in law or legal studies is an advantage, it is not mandatory
• General Insurance / a minimum of 5 years Reinsurance industry experience including contract wordings
• Advanced level Excel skills
• Expertise in identifying potential liabilities and recommending risk management strategies
• Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation
• Deep understanding of insurance law, regulations and claims processes
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
