Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Band 3 Senior Clerical Officer team at Peterborough City Hospital supporting the day to day administration processes and line management for the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care Unit clerical reception teams.
You will be required to work a variety of both day and night shifts across the service as follows:
07.00 - 19.00 hrs
19.00 - 07.00 hrs
Other shift times may be required to support the needs of the service.
Assisting with administration processes and line management for three reception areas:
Main Emergency Centre reception - clerical teams responsible for booking in walk in patients for both ED and the Urgent Treatment Centre .
Ambulance Bay reception - responsible for booking in patients who arrive by ambulance.
Ambulatory Care Unit reception - responsible for administrative and customer services support for outpatient clinics running seven days a week.
