EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of administrative experience
Diploma of college studies or equivalent experience
Accounting and/or business courses

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel software
Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written)

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Awareness of the importance of offering quality customer service.
Professional approach.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.

Responsibilities:

Complete data input of information contained in all documents related to residential tenants: leases, amendments, subleases, renewals, etc.
Verify the report of all leases to be renewed; prepare renewals to be sent by bailiff around the 5th of each month.
Keep track of contestants in an Excel file
Compile and prepare the rental agents’ commission report and submit it to the payroll service twice a month.
Reconcile rent at the end of each month in order to prepare the following month’s rent.
Prepare the gross rental income’s monthly report.
Prepare the preauthorized payments’ file and complete required entries of changes in effect the following month; reconcile and transfer to TD Bank.
Prepare the property tax bills.
Verify all leases and documents prepared and signed by the rental agents; have the leases signed by the person responsible.
Enter all parking lots and complete the daily management documents.
Solve all problems related to parking.
Place all units on market; prepare the inspection reports and various invoices.
Answer all internal requests for information about leases.
Carry out position replacements within the department as per supervisor’s requests and
according to company needs.
Execute all other related tasks as per supervisor’s request
