Description:

TO CONSERVE BUSINESS (ARREAR PREMIUMS)

  • Contact clients with premium arrears
  • Inform clients about RPAR and Cancellation received (Freshdesk)
  • Persuade client not to cancel the policy
  • Inform client to accept Debi Check
  • Explain Payment method and Update Details
  • Capturing and Processing Refunds
  • Provide Bank Details and reference number for Cash Payments
  • Call Persal Retired/Resigned Clients to provide new Bank Details.

Conserve Business ( Policy Continuation and CSO)

  • Inform client that Policy will be changed to Single Plan
  • Change Payment Method
  • Notify the client about worksite feedback.

FORMAL EDUCATION

  • Matric

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the Insurance Industry (Advantage)
  • 2 Years Client Services
  • 2 Years Experience in Business Retentions
  • Understand Insurance Products
  • Category A, B1,B2,C and Retail Benefits (Advantage)
