• Relevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
• Aligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented
• Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand
• Excellent interpersonal, teamworking and problem-solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability
• Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Client Advisor represents the Company with clients. He/She is a professional in the sales of Luxury Goods, puts his/her talent at the Company service and for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He/She will be asked to utilize his/her expertise to boost revenue through strategic client engagement and proficient sales techniques. He/She cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in his/her department and in the store.

AIM OF HIS ROLE

• To offer the customer a pleasant experience, through an efficient and friendly attitude; however, always under the guidance of the team and their superiors.
• must represent the brand, have a professional attitude, captivate the customers, keep the standards of the store, act actively in the sales, work in the team.
• is responsible for all the activities that are part of the business (stock, sales, supply of goods, cash register management, visual activities).
