Job Description
Our Account Management is responsible for driving and managing the relationship to our clients - both on a strategic and commercial level. The Account Management is overlooking all related activities, is consulting the clients, steering the mid-term development and running up-selling initiatives.
In the background our Account Management is supported by a strong Client Coverage Team that supports the account managers on day-to-day business, projects, offering and change request management and other activities driving our clients’ success.

As Senior Client Executive you are overlooking the entire relationship to one of our largest and most important clients in Germany. For instance, you are responsible for

  • Developing and maintaining the relationship to the client on a strategic level
  • Initializing and driving up-selling of projects
  • Coordinating and managing commercial and contractual negotiations abnd issues related to the client relationship
  • Managing the client-related governance
  • Coordinating and driving the client coverage team
  • Orchestrating escalations addressed to you
  • Account planning and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • 15+ years of relevant job experience in the industry (financial services, software for financial institutions)
  • Strategic thinking and management skills
  • Sales attitude
  • Fluent in English and German
