Description:
BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a Senior Client Finance Analyst to join our team.
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a Sr. Client Finance Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytic insight and financial leadership to the management of client financial portfolios. Excellent PC and system skills, including advanced Excel capabilities, are mandatory. A university degree in business is required. Agency experience is mandatory.

- 3+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Agency experience required
- University degree in business
- CPA designation/enrollment an asset but not required
- Excellent PC and system skills, including advanced Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:
- Act as point-of-contact for the financial management of a multi-million dollar client portfolio
- Prepare and manage monthly client budget control reports (BCRs) (including analysis of annual budget spend, forecasting, reporting by workstream, etc.)
- Lead BCR meetings with both internal departments and clients.
- Manage of client invoicing, maintain a clean A/R, follow up on invoices, and address client questions
- Manage client documentation including organization of approved purchase orders and signed estimates in Sharepoint as well as the updating budget documentation
- Collaborate with Client Leadership team in creating estimates and budget forecasting updates
- Manage the timesheet process, docket management and maintenance
- Lead efforts to automate the financial reporting function
- Proactively identify financial issues and opportunities and work with Client Leadership to address them
- Enforce internal controls regarding expense and docket approvals
- Assist with client audit documentation and requests, as needed
- Provide administrative support and ad hoc reporting as requested
