EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Management experience in a client facing partnership role.
  • Must have experience in superannuation \ financial services industry with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our office at 727 Collins Street, Melbourne. Reporting into the GM Client Partnerships, this role is responsible for managing a prestigious industry account and its supporting Client Partnerships team.
In addition to liaising across our internal leadership teams to support account activity, we are looking for someone with the gravitas to engage with the B-Suite, within our client, as a peer. This means having strong commercial acumen, the ability to have challenging conversations and successfully establish/re-stablish governance of the account.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client facing senior partnership experience
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate back to the client and internal teams
  • Manage client facing meetings at regular and irregular intervals, including QBR’s, weekly and fortnightly governance calls and reporting meetings, etc
  • Interface with the CEO on account matters in the absence of the GM Client Partnerships
  • Partner with cross functional groups to achieve client and business outcomes
  • Hire, integrate, enable, develop, and retain partnerships talent while supporting their success and fostering a results-driven culture of collaboration, accountability and transparency
