- 7+ years of experience in large, complex environments, including 5+ years in management roles within superannuation or financial services.

- Expertise in navigating compliance, legislation, and risk within the superannuation industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Client Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic engagement frameworks that align our clients’ objectives with MUFG Retirement Solutions’ growth goals. This includes meeting or exceeding the Client’s satisfaction, service quality and risk management objectives as well as MUFG Retirement Solutions’ client related revenue and profit targets. In this position, you will be expected to influence strategy and identify strategic alignment opportunities for the benefit of both the Client and MUFG Retirement Solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategic account plans to align priorities and foster a joint roadmap with clients. You will also work with the client and other internal stakeholders to identify, develop and convert the Client’s strategic objectives into products, solutions and projects.
- Client Management : Build senior-level relationships, manage contracts, and drive client satisfaction while achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Business Growth : Identify and convert strategic opportunities into impactful projects and new revenue streams.
- Leadership Excellence : Lead and inspire a team, model our values, and collaborate across business units to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Governance & Risk : Ensure compliance, service quality, and risk management are maintained across all client interactions.
