• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and organize social events and meetings.
• Address tenant concerns and queries, maintain regular communication, and conduct tenant surveys.
• Resolve tenant complaints and disputes, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, organizing tenant programs and events.
• Collaborate with the operations team for prompt maintenance and repairs, and lead the concierge team.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to improve tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts, managing accounts payable.
• Achieve KPIs and target deliverables, maintain professionalism, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations and meet standards and audit requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and foster a positive tenant community.
