Description:

SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – LUXEMBOURG

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Convera based in our Luxembourg office, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and managing client relationships on the ground. You will serve as the primary point of contact, offering high-quality support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Including SMEs, NGOs.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Seamless Onboarding; Collaborate closely with the acquisition sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients into your portfolio, providing expert dealing support.
  • Client Satisfaction: Partner with our Customer Support team to enhance client satisfaction, addressing any issues and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Financial Strategy and Analysis: Optimize international payments and manage FX exposure, providing clients with insights and strategies for effective currency risk management.
  • Client Education and Awareness: Raise awareness on currency issues, offering tailored support and helping clients fully leverage the features of our platform.
  • Daily Client Support: Assist clients with their day-to-day needs, ensuring their questions and concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales Performance: Engage in cross selling and upselling activities, manage churn, and work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Promoter Score (NPS)

You should apply if you have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is required, with a strong understanding of the FX market and related products.
  • Demonstrated success in a KPI-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Financial knowledge, with the ability to understand and address business needs and concerns.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident, with a high level of integrity and a competitive drive to outperform.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and other EU languages is higlly advantageous.
